Our mobile test units are ready to go at a moment’s notice. These hydro test pumps are low volume high pressure and can test from 0-20,000psi. Each unit comes with a 15,000psi chart recorder to certify each pressure test to ensure that all equipment being tested is in compliance with customers specifications. In addition to pressure testing Well Heads, B.O.P.’s, Frac Stacks, flowback lines, plug catchers sand knockouts, chokes and manifolds. we also offer services through out the frac jobs. Our pumps can maintain, increase and bleed off pressure between the casing and the frac string. These smaller pumps allow for a very precise and controlled change in pressure.

The 6’’ dual chamber filtration pod is set up to process water up to 750 GPM with a max pressure of 150 psi. With concerns to safety and the environment this unit has been set up so changing the filter elements can be done safely without interruption to the filtering process. Each pod can be 100% isolated and bled off to prevent injury and spills while changing the filter elements. As well as an operator catwalk the unit comes standard with a built in containment system and forklift pockets to make set up and tear down safer and faster.
